I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but I have a cPanel server I run & I am trying to send mail with Express Invoice, but it keeps giving me a error -

Unable to connect to the mail server mail.server.tld:25

I have tried it on mail.server.tld:26 too, it will not work & i get the error that I stated above.

Have any of you exp. this with this program.

    Please help.

    Thank you,

    Hello Michael,

Try opening up a different alternate exim port in WHM > Service Manager > exim on another port area. I suggest using 587 for the alternate port and saving the area, then seeing if you are able to use 587 for the connection.

As for trying to send mail with Express Invoice, is that an email client or a script being used on another machine? If you could post some details on what Express Invoice happens to be precisely, that would be helpful.
