Hello,

Is there any External Anti Spam Application for cPanel/Exim, which can block outgoing spam.

Such spamming is usually happening by infected outlook machines or infected php codes.

Please suggest any solution, paid solution also will do.

It's probably also worthwhile to point out that SpamAssassin can be configured to scan outgoing authenticated mail for spam as well. It's a setting in the Exim Configuration interface and applies the same settings as you've set for your incoming filter.

Done that as well but no luck. still outgoing spamming is happening, and result of which Server IP is getting blacklisted in RBL regularly. :(

I think you'd be best off looking at the options available in cPanel (with regards limit on message per hour / failed messages per hour), installing csf and monitoring the relay alerts and cxs to detect infection of php mailers. Generally outgoing spam is caused by a compromised account / client machine, it's difficult as such to plonk a third party solution in the way of the problem and forget about it, you'll see spammers who send everything from very slow trickles to thousands of messages at a time from compromised accounts.

I'm happy to be corrected if there is a fire and forget solution though :p

It's getting blacklisted by your inaction I would think. If you have:

... infected outlook machines or infected php codes.
The website should be suspended. The user notified.

At the link I posted above, 2 days ago, you can also find System Administrator Services. You might take that route instead of waiting for a forum reply with a magic bullet for you.
