External email problem

    Hello guys,

    I have a major problem. My server running CENTOS 5.10 x86_64 standard – WHM 11.44.1 (build 15) stopped sending out and receiving emails from the outside.

    The emails sent internally are working fine.

    Hello

    Please check whether your SMTP port is blocked by the firewall. Also check if you receive any bounce messages, please paste the full mail header as well.

    Hello :)

    Please review /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if emails are failing for any particular reason. Do you notice any error messages? Is it happening for multiple domain names?
