    hi

i'm a reseller host, and im wanting to have a "webmail" login form on my website for customers to login to their respective email accounts. kinda like a "one form fits all"

because my customers have different domains i cant set something up like mydomain.com/webmail i think.

    Any Help much appreciated.

Also interested in something like this, anyone have any clever ideas?

For our clients that we host their website and e-mail we set up a yourdomain.com/mail that lets them login to their webmail, but we can't do this for clients we just do e-mail for and not website.

you can use mydomain.com/webmail, it's already setup [with cPanel's default configuration]. You can also do a few other things...

if your a reseller most likely your IP address is the same as all your clients, so they should be able to login to http://yourwebsite.com/webmail with their email address and password as stated above. I did this in the past and then i got emails from my users that were confused because they were given a choice of 3 webclients to choose from and if they clicked on horde they had to click another button to get in and it was "too much of a process"

So what i did was just have them do a direct login to squirrelmail (most simple webmail client on the planet)

    http://yourwebsite.com:2095/3rdparty/squirrelmail/index.php

I simply made a link on the front page and now they can all direct login to their email. You could get fancy and turn it into a form or create a redirect so perhaps

    http://yourwebsite.com/email > http://yourwebsite.com:2095/3rdparty/squirrelmail/index.php
