Hi to all,

I have a hosting for mywebsite and I activated a external mail server for email. The email provider says to manage zone editor in cPanel and deleting this record

miodominio.tld.INMX 0mail.dominio.tld. (o diverso)
mail.dominio.tld.INAXX.YY.ZZ.PP
webmail.dominio.tld.INAXX.YY.ZZ.PP (o un CNAME)
default._domainkey.dominio.tld.INTXT"v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...."

After it says to add this record

miodominio.tld.INMX 0mail.dominio.tld.
mail.miodominio.tld.INNSns1.powermailhost.com.
mail.miodominio.tld.INNSns2.powermailhost.com.
webmail.miodominio.tld.INCNAMEmail.miodominio.tld.
default._domainkey.dominio.tld.INNSns1.powermailhost.com.
default._domainkey.dominio.tld.INNSns2.powermailhost.com.

I created CNAME and MX rexcord, but in cPanel i can't create NS record. Here the provider guide: Come configuro l'mx del mio dominio che ha la gestione DNS esterna per PowerMail? - Knowledgebase / Supporto Tecnico / Email / Powermail - Servizio di Supporto Serverplan

Sorry it is only in italian.

Hey there! Do you only have access to the cPanel account and not root access to the entire server? If so, your host likely doesn't have all the DNS options enabled on your account.

You'll want to ask your host to make sure the "Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, DMARC, SRV, TXT)" option is enabled for your feature list. If they cant' adjust that, they will need to add the record for you.
