Extraneous Items in List Parked Domains

G'day All,

Since upgrading a group of our servers to 64.0.19, we now find that using...

WHM Home >> Account Information >> List Parked Domains

...results in displaying three new parked domains of the form of cpanel.primary-domain.com, webdisk.primary-domain.com and webmail.primary-domain.com for every primary hosted domain on every upgraded server.

Apart from cluttering the on-screen report, our accounting software accesses this information for various reports and will need some minor coding to workaround this. Does anyone know whether this is a bug, a feature, or configurable somewhere within WHM?

It turns out to be a bug.

From cPanel support...

The case ID is CPANEL-12711 and is expected to be resolved in our next release, v66, and probably back ported to later version of 64, however there is no ETA on this.

This is fixed in cPanel version 66 as part of internal case CPANEL-12711:

Fixed case CPANEL-12711: Make WHM List Parked Domains only list user-created parked domains.

I don't currently see any plans to backport this fix to cPanel version 64.
