Single client reporting this error from his email account. Email exists, Server IP Blacklist checked Which is Clean and not blacklisted.
its an Cloudlinux with latest WHM.

mimecast has the sender listed as having a poor reputation.
If not already done, try defining SPF and DKIM records for that domian.
