    Hi..

I try to restore backup file from another server and it failed. It said Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home/cprestore loaded backup-12.29.2007_10-58-06_xxxxxx/cp/xxxxxx)?.

    What is wrong?

    Searching /home....
    Found backup-12.29.2007_10-58-06_xxxxxx.tar.gz !
    Moving Packge to /home/cprestore/backup-12.29.2007_10-58-06_xxxxxx.tar.gz
    Extracting tarball....
gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
    /bin/tar: Child returned status 1
/bin/tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
    Done
    Extracting Domain....Done
Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home/cprestore loaded backup-12.29.2007_10-58-06_xxxxxx/cp/xxxxxx)?

I think you need to make the file /home/cpmove-USERNAME.tar.gz

Or simply place in backup folder and name it USERNAME.tar.gz then use whm to restore.
