Our Cpanel SSL expired yesterday. I purchased a new DV SSL this morning, but it is stuck saying "Payment Completed. Awaiting Validation …", the logs from today says:
This is for our main company website so really need this back live asap but CPanel haven't responded to my email and there seems to be no control to cancel the pending SSL order or retry the new one.
