Failed Local Backup (cPanel) save Somewhere Temps

Hello beauty people :) (christmas happiness)

I start an manually backup using cPanel and the disk was full, so, after can solve the "Error 500" deleting some files, I would like to find where was saved the temporary files after the finally cPanel manually backup creation. In other words, somewhere backup was saved (temporary (pre-packed maybe) files). Every once this happens my disk size decrease.
