FAILED : queueprocd

    Hello,
    We receive an email with FAILED : queueprocd subject then immediately web server stop working for 5-6minutes and then it resets automatically and working again.

    [2017-01-24 22:41:06 +0400] info [queueprocd] Graceful shutdown due to SIGTERM

    [2017-01-24 22:41:06 +0400] info [queueprocd] processing interrupted - shutting down

    [2017-01-24 22:42:39 +0400] info [queueprocd] cPanel TaskQueue Processing Daemon starting.

    after queueprocd recovered httpd become failed and down

    Were you experiencing any additional issues with the system during this time frame? For instance, was the server load high, or was the system rebooted?

    Hello,

    No, the server works normally just web server down and after that server load will tend to zero. Then need to restart the Litespeed webserver manually or wait to restart automatically after 5 or 6 minutes.

    I just upgraded to cPanel 62 a day ago and also just experienced this.

    [2017-02-01 04:01:15 -0600] info [queueprocd] Graceful shutdown due to SIGTERM
    [2017-02-01 04:01:15 -0600] info [queueprocd] processing interrupted - shutting down
    [2017-02-01 04:02:45 -0600] info [queueprocd] cPanel TaskQueue Processing Daemon starting.

    LiteSpeed web server stopped running while queueprocd failed until I manually restarted LiteSpeed.

    No other issues on the server and the load was very low at the time.

    Running CloudLinux 7, cPanel 62.0.7, and LiteSpeed Web Server 5.1.12.

    Internal case CPANEL-9852 is open to monitor reports of LiteSpeed failing at the same time as queueprocd. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at your system and see if we can determine what happened?

    Hello,
    Do you have any spike solution for this failure of your software that kill the watch of LiteSpeed ?

    Could you open a support ticket and reference internal case CPANEL-9852? The issue has not yet been reproduced, so we'd like to take a closer look at an affected system to determine exactly what's happening.
