    I already did it:

    mv /etc/userdomains /etc/userdomains-OLD
    /scripts/updateuserdomains

    [root@br692 ~]# grep DOMAIN1.com.br /etc/userdomains
    DOMAIN1.com.br: htlma514
    [root@br692 ~]#

*The correct domains have been changed.

    thanks

    HI @Luana Premoli

Thank you for that information. Can you check the following as well:

    Code:
    grep domain.tld /etc/localdomains /etc/remotedomains
The domain should be present in localdomains if it sends/receives locally and present in remotedomains if it sends/receives mail on a different server.

It would seem that user data is intact though I wonder if the issue is the exim configuration - have you made customizations to the exim conf? You can check by looking here:
    Code:
    cat /etc/exim.conf.local
I am also curious if exim configuration needed to be rebuilt after you updated userdomains. Can you run the following:
    Code:
    /scripts/buildeximconf
    Code:
    /scripts/restartsrv_exim
And let me know if the issue persists?

    Thanks!

    Hi @Luana Premoli

Thank you for that information. It looks like you have a large number of customizations done to the exim configuration. Can you try resetting it to default to see if the issue persists once it's in its default state?

The steps you would take to do this would be as follows:

    1. Go to WHM>>Service Configuration>>Exim Configuration Manager -> Backup -> Save on Server -> Run Backup (this will save a copy of the customized exim configuration that can be restored from this interface later)
    2. Click the reset tab from the Exim Configuration manager
    3. From the reset tab click the drop down and select "Reset the entire Exim configuration to the default settings provided with cPanel & WHM
    4. Click the checkbox next to Disable Third-Party and Custom ACLs and click reset

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Then you have to redo the settings through this same file (/etc/exim.conf.local)? I have no authorization to put in the pattern, so if you have how to put in the pattern to make a test and then return to the custom, we can proceed.

How to do by command line?

    Thanks

    Hello @Luana Premoli

I'm not sure what you mean by put in the pattern but to restore the previous configuration, you can do this directly through the exim configuration manager -> Restore tab.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

If I can do what you recommend "" Reset the entire Exim configuration to the default settings provided with cPanel & WHM "and then go back to the custom settings my company made.

    Thanks

    Hello @Luana Premoli

As I indicated previously you can definitely go back to the settings you had implemented previously. You just need to ensure you create the backup prior to resetting the configuration, then restore it once you test sending.

    Thanks!
