Hey there! Unless these are different machines, this is likely also related to the information in New Thread - LiteSpeed is not running. Apache is not running.

In order to avoid confusion, I would ensure that Litespeed is stopped so we can focus on Apache. Once Litespeed is stopped, can you try restarting Apache and posting the data that shows up in the Apache error log at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log so we can review that?
