Failover on CPANEL

    Hi all
    if i need to implemnt Cpanel over two server to host one single domain and many subdomains , so i need two server to make failover stratigy , is this possibale ?
    if not how i can implemnt failover in Cpanel ?

    and what about license did i need two license for two servers or just one license enough ,Because one server will work and the other will stay as standby server ...

    Hi,

    The best option for you IMHO is "DRDB/rsync + hearteat". But the DC should support this and most of the settings will be done by them. Planet offers "DRDB+Heartbeat" setup. Try contacting fo more details.

    Another cheaper solution would be "anycast failover" though I do not have any experience on this.
