I have a client who's apparently receiving mailbox full bounces but the account is set to unlimited and they have 1.5gigs free in there account. This bounce makes no sense. They do have a ton of email but the account in question only has about 6megs.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the changes in cPanel, like with the MySQL databases not allowed to be "unlimited" anymore, they have to be a set number (As for now anyway). Have you tried to just set the limit to 1000 megs or some high number to see if it works? If so I bet that is the culprit.

Customer is full of it

My logs do not show any emails for his domain rejected because of a space issue in the last week. Only lots of Blacklisted stuff and the occasional user doesn't exist.
