    Dear All,

    I am getting problem with my server from many days, i think this problem is coming from the installation of CPanel 11.

    When ever any my client install any script from Fantastico there comes following error in that installation path:

    =================================================================
    [Dbase Select failed] ( 1044 : Access denied for user 'shandigi_lhlp1'@'localhost' to database 'shandigi_lhlp1' )
    =================================================================

    This is an example of a user's installation. It gives successful installation message at cpanel but comes above listed sort of error for each user.

    I want to sort it now, because many clients are disturbed with it now.

    Regards,
    Umer Khokhar

    Hi,

    I would suggest you to reset the MySQL root password through WHM.
    Login to WHM >> SQL Services "MySQL Root Password"

    Once you have reset the password try to access fantastico, it should be working.

    Nothing happened when changed

    I have tried with changing password of mySQL from WHM and there is same error.

    Any other solution?

    As InfoPro stated, this is a fantastico error, so you need to contact the fantastico people, not cPanel.
