FATAL error on installing cPanel

Hi

I m trying to install cPanel on a fresh new server CentOS v7.3
betting this error: Starting with version 57, cPanel & WHM supports 64-bit versions of CentOS 6+, Red Hat Enterprise Linux® 6+, and CloudLinux™ 6+ only

but this is a centOS version
Needless to say I have ROOT permissions

You can find the latest installation guide and requirements at: Installation Guide - System Requirements - Version 66 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Your problem might be that you are trying to install on a AltArch from the Alternative Architecture Special Interest Group - CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (AltArch) I note there is an IA-32 build available of 7.3-1611, so you may want to ensure that you are not running that to start with !

I see no mention of that release in the installation guide - you may need to get help from a cPanel staff member on this.

According to the provided lsb_release output, you are attempting to install cPanel & WHM on an ARM platform (SpecialInterestGroup/AltArch - CentOS Wiki). We don't support ARM architectures.
