Are you reseller or dedicated user?

if you have root access to your server try following command at you SSH command

    /scripts/upcp --force

We are having that same problem this morning.

We tried running that command however it didn't fix anything.

    Thanks though. :)

You should check the error in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log at the same time when you get this error message. you can use this to check the error.

    tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

(Note : you need root shell access to run the above command)
