Fatal error while saving File !!!

I Have Root Reseller Account and have 2 problem rest no one on server dont have any problem !!!

When i try to save file iin file manger after editing it shows me some fatal error and whne i lcick that i get this message !!!

2nd prob.

i can loginto my webmail but when i chose any of mail viewer they show that users & Pass doesnt exist !!!!
Rest of users on server can login in thier mailviewer also !!!!!!

please help !! :(:(:(:(:(

Error that you have mentioned is mostly because of file ownership and permission.

SSH to server and check file permission and ownership. Ownership should be
set to user.user i.e cPanel user name and file should have 644 permission.

for webmail login problem, Verify permission and ownership for mail directory and etc under user home directory.

drwxrwx--- 14 user user 4096 Jul 26 16:19 mail
drwxr-xr-x 4 user mail 4096 Mar 31 07:53 etc
