We were trying to disable BoxTrapper from most of our packages but we notice that cpanel pro features ("Submit a Support Request", "Image Manager", "Boxtrapper", "Leech Protect") are enable in all packages no matter witch "Feaure List" they have.
We remove Boxtrapper from every feature list with WHM Feature Manager, but all those 4 applications still are on every clients cpanel.
We don't want everyone to use those applications, is there any way to remove some of them? (other than edit each Skin file)
    Thanks
    Gustavo

I've noticed the same issue. Anyone find a solution for this?

Well? No response yet on this one? I want to disable the Pro section altogether.

This happened to me also. I opened a ticket with cPanel and they logged into my box and uninstalled cPanel Pro and now all is well. So, all I can suggest is open a support ticket with cPanel.
