How do I remove Postgres from a cpanel using feature manager?

I see how phppgadmin can be removed but I want to restrict Postgres.

Is there a way mysql and postgres databases can be individually restricted when creating packages?

I bevlieve neither of this options can be done right now. However it is something we are currently working on (both differentiating between PostgreSQL/MySQL and the feature Management)
