Feature Request: Complete Script Documentation

I run scripts using the PHP/WHM socket scripts. However, I can't find a document that fully explains the scripts and how to use them!!

This is very frustrating, as I am trying to build a script that creates a custom account. Could someone please write a comprehensive documentiation on using the WHM scripts?
