Feature Request Site Issues

Hello everyone,,
Anyone else noticed that cPanel Feature Requests is unresponsive? I thought it was local to my system, but I tried to wget that URL from my server on the other side of the country, and it too receives no response. Of course it happened after I had already typed a book of a response.

Apparently it's back up now. But in general, I find that site terribly slow. Would be nice if someone could do some optimization

--UPDATE 2--
Aaaaand now it's back down (6:43 PM EST). At least now there is a HTTP 500 error... was better than getting no response at all, like previously.
