Feature sets on per-account basis

Hi -

I often use the Feature Manager and apply feature sets to individual packages but ideally would like to apply feature sets on a per account basis. The reason for this is because account settings may deviate from the designated package and so if I want to switch from a restricted feature set to a full function cpanel then I have to switch between packages...in the process any deviations in the quota from the package will be lost.

Is there a way, from WHM, to access a full feature set cpanel? Or is there a way to switch the feature set on an account?
