It says Fedora-Legacy updates will automatically be installed, if you have selected rpm updates. (8.7.0 build 9 or later only ONLY).

I have updated to WHM 8.8.0 cPanel 8.8.0-S74 (latest Stable).

Where do I select rpm updates?

In WHM under Server Setup, click the "Change Update Preferences" link. Set Cpanel Package Updates and Cpanel Security Updates to Automatic.
