Ive just upgraded to fedora. Is there any reason why, when I go to update cpanel that it gets the updates from http://updates.cpanel.net/redhat/linux/9/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS ???

I would have thought it would be something like http://updates.cpanel.net/fedora/linux/blah...

Is this normal or have I done something wrong?

How did you upgrade to fedora? Did you put in a physical fedora cdrom or did you do some remote "upgrade". Chances are its not a true upgrade to fedora.

Also the fact that fedora is a red-hat endorsed project. If you look at the configuration of up2date, it also downloads kernel updates from red-hat...
