    The same has been happening to me for the past week or so, but to be honest its not causing any problems and so I don't particularly mind, plus I'm sure that the cpanel devs have enough on their hands as it is.

    However I reckon that you'd need to submit a bugzilla report for this, if there is not already one in place, so that the cpanel devs know about it and can then develop a solution.
