ffmpeg into php

I already have ffmpeg installed on server now I have to install ffmpeg-php into php.
I have no clue & the homepage doesnt provide enough info to do the install.
What steps do I need to take to do this? How do I build php through WHM to include ffmpeg-php?

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 11.0-E489
CentOS 4.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
