I'm trying to install FFmpeg. I searched and found under "Install a Perl Module": Video::FFmpeg 0.47 Perl interface to the ffmpeg libraries.

I installed it, and got this error at the end:

    Perl v5.10.0 required--this is only v5.8.8, stopped at Makefile.PL line 1.
    BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at Makefile.PL line 1.
    N/A
! Configure failed for Video-FFmpeg-0.47. See /home/.cpanm/build.log for details.
Perl Expect failed with non-zero exit status: 256

All available perl module install methods have failed.

    Can anyone assist me please?

I get the following error when I run the code "sed -i 's/PIX_FMT_RGBA32/PIX_FMT_RGB32/g' ffmpeg_frame.c"
"can't read ffmpeg_frame.c: No such file or directory"
