File Manager & Create Database.

Hello,
Yesterday Ive installed a Trial Cpanel version on my server.
I can Login with Root into my Cpanel but I cant find the "File Manager" and the "Create Database" option.
Even by searching them with the Searchbar there is just nothing...-.-
Also my Panel seems to look different from the panels in the Tutorials....

Can someone please help me.
