Since the new update, users cannot download from File Manager. The Save File dialog appears about one out of three times. When the user does click "Save", the dialog disappears but the file is not saved (nor is the user presented with the dialog box to select the download location if appropriate).

We've reproduced this in Firefox...testing in other browsers now.

Thanks,

Mark

He can login to the server that I gave access to in my ticket and go to any CPanel account and try to download a file via the file manager. It's ticket # 1015118

This has happened on two servers that I know of that are running 11.28 with us thus far.

It seems like the problem only occurs when you download over a connection with a higher latency. I was not able to replicate the problem until I tried a 3g modem. We should have a patch for this shortly.

Weird, because I know I don't have high latency to any of our servers (40 - 70 ms on average and no packetloss) and it happened for me when I attempted to download the file (on cable internet).
