I am getting a file manager error on one client site:

    Here are the errors:

Internal Error, can't find that folder

    +

Unable to create trash folder. You do not seem to have the necessary permissions! (System Error: Permission denied)

I checked quotas and file/folder permissions. Any other ideas? I do not see anything on the forums addressing this issue.

This stupid problem took me more than 60 minutes - stupid stupid stupid me :)

    Go to /home
    and do

    ls -l | less

so you can find the home dir with the problem. Most probably the permissions are wrong,
as they were in my case :)

    chmod 711 userdir/

and this should solve your problem.

    Run the following

    /scripts/chownpublichtmls
    chmod 0711 /home/username
    chown username:username /home/username/.trash
    chmod 0700 /home/username/.trash

    replace username with client username
