File Manager Missing Files

Secondly, I have a problem with my files in my file manager. When I uploaded the files on my cpanel, most files is showing on the list in my file manager, but when you scroll down on the scrollbar some files don't show up in the list at the end.

I have no idea why some files don't show up in my file manager.

Do you know why and how to get the files show up when you scroll down on the scrollbar?
