File Manager [moved]

HI

I done a cpanel update now when i try moving a file thou file manager or ftp it says:

Cannot move offers.php: Permission denied

why is this.

log in to ssh (root)

cd /home/username (where the file in question is located)

and do a

ls -l

and check the permissions
