What is your cPanel version on the machine? If you have root SSH, you can use this command to get it:

    Code:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version ;echo
Otherwise, it can be obtained from cPanel Stats area on the Home screen after doing "expand stats" there next to the cPanel Version field.

Next, if you do have root SSH access, please tail the error log for cPanel upon visiting that area:

    Code:
    tail -fn0 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
If you do not have root SSH access, you won't be able to correct the issue in all likelihood and would need to ask your host for assistance.

Thanks, code ( cat /usr/local/cpanel/version ;echo ) worked. How and where do I make changes so I don't have to type this in the Ie box everytime?

That command did nothing to assist you with the original problem.
