    Hello :)

Are you able to download that same file through other methods such as FTP? Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to download the file via File Manager?

    Thank you.

Please try downloading the file via FTP. Also, do you have root access to this system? If so, and if downloading that file via FTP fails, access your server via SSH and run the following command:

    Code:
    stat /home/username/public_html/file.name
Replace "username" with the username of the account, and "file.name" with the name of the file. Do the permissions and ownership that are output with this command match the other files that you can download?

    Thank you.

We can not provide you with login credentials or update the email address for you. You can login via https://tickets.cpanel.net to add additional emails to CC replies to. The last response on that ticket requested you check with your data center to see if there are any hardware firewall rules in place that are blocking port 30000.

    Thank you.

You will need to open a new ticket with the email address of your preference, as it's not possible for us to modify that for you.

    Thank you.
