Just recently when using the File Manager, the transferred files show as ZERO bytes on the server. I have tried with a couple of accounts and the same thing. FTP transfers work fine. Anyone had this problem.

I'm a bit of a newbie so be gentle :)

This can occur when you have met your filesystem quota. In the entry page to your cPanel interface, you should see a listing of available disk space. If there's plenty of space, then you'll need to open a support ticket with your license/hosting provider.

    Thanks for the response.
We have not met the quota for any of the accounts I tested. I will try a support ticket.

    Thanks again,
