file manager

    i used rvsitebuilder to build website...i messed up the site when i was trying to add something in file manager and was wondering , since my site is down, if i can just delete all the files in file manager and still have the ability to go back through rvsitebuilder and republish my website since all the info is still on rvsitebuilder like I originaly had it..

    If I undertand the question properly, yes. It's sounds like you could. You should probably check with rvsitebuilder or your host to be sure though.

    Just to be more clear, you stated:
    I would not want you to think you could delete ALL files in File Manager. Just the ones having to do with your new site, could be deleted. (Or backed up for safe keeping first before deleting anything)

    Backups are a wonderful thing to have when needed. Always backup a file before editing is the best thing you can do.
