My client is trying to copy a directory and even though the web interface indicates that the directory was copied, nothing is copied. We are trying to use the cpanel File Manager to copy the directory /mtdata_old in the /www directory. I am using my full disk space , is this the reason?

    Thanx in advance

    Dear anish sidhan,

Try to clear some space on your disk and start uploading your files. This will help you to fix your problem.

    Regards,
