After downloading files using Slideshowpro, I cannot see my files using the File Manager but I see them when using the Legacy File Manager. Any idea why and what should be done to be able to my files in File Manager?

Common culprits are improper file ownership (typically the result of not running SuExec/SuPHP) and improper file permissions.

Not sure I understand what to do to correct the problem. It started when I implemented SlideShowPro Director. I had the same process before and my file were accessible with File Manager. If ownership is not right, how come Legacy File Manager can see them?
Thanks for your help, I'm definitely very green in this area.

Do you have root access to the server? If not, you really should be contacting your hosting provider regarding these issues.
