    Hi,

On ONE of my accounts, all the file permissions have gone totally haywire. ls -l reports that they're correct, and yet the user can't edit any files! Luckily, it's my account and not my customers but it's still annoying.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks.

I've clarified this problem as a new thread because I've realised the problem is more specific than I thought. Thanks for the help everyone.
