File upload gives 500

hi, i have a problem with upload a file in cpanel like image i attached,
i have this error in all my servers and It doesn't matter how big the file is,
and a little later file will be uploaded,
there is no problem with the hosting space and the server has many resources,
And there is no problem in the internet because there is the same problem with windows server
can somebody help?

Hey there! Do you see anything helpful in the cPanel error logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log? Whenever there is an issue with the interface, that's the first place to check for more details.
