FileManager Problem

    Hello,

    When I´m in cpanel user and try to download a file using file manager, nothing happen.
    Please, could you help me?

    PS: I´m trying to download clicking with mouses´s left button >> download.

    Can you duplicate this with another browser? It might be a browser plugin issue of some sort.

    Yes, but didn´t wotk too.
    I can see error 404 in chrome depuration:
    GET example.com:2083/cpsess7936285510/download?skipencode=1&file=%2fhome%2fuser%2fMyfile.txt 404 (Not Found)

    Could you help me?

    Hello Joao,

    Can you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this server? Is the account using the default Paper Lantern theme? Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when reproducing the issue?
