Files are not getting deleted

    i have a vbulletin forum on my root of public_html but i thought of just trying mybb so uploaded it in a "forum" directory but it didnt installed correctly so i deleted vbulletin for the time being and moved mybb to public_html...two files didnt moved and showed me error so i copied them to public_html...and now i cannot delete
    the two files which i copied...i have deleted all the files in public_html but then also the two files dont get deleted...can anyone help me

    If you cannot remove a file on your account, it sounds like for whatever reason you don't own the file any longer. In that case you'll need to speak to your host to have them remove it for you.

    thanks...i contacted the host and they deleted it
