    Go on, have a guess
Are you the server administrator or a virtual host client? If the latter, you need to speak to your hosting provider. If the former, what is the exact filename of your index file?

Your index page needs to be called index.html, index.htm, index.php, or one of a few other extension options, and the name is case sensative. Capitalized won't show by default. It also needs to be in the "public_html" folder.
