Hi,

I have a problem, some customers can't download their emails, because their account are locked, they use a email client to download email.

I look the inbox locked and I see a file inbox.lock, this file contain the PID of the process cppop ir run in this moment. I need kill the process and remove the inbox.lock to the customer can download their emails, but, in a short time their accounts are locked again.

do you have some idea to fix it?

It's an issue with mbox format POP3 servers. The best way to resolve the issue for good is to migrate to maildir using /scripts/convert2maildir. Search the forum for implications of doing this.
