When i click File Manager(v3), all the buttons/menus load but no files are visible to me. - in IE7,IE8 and Firefox.
If i go back and use v2, it all works.
Its quite annoying as i'm new to all this and i've got used to v3, as its been working fine for 3 months.
All the other cPanel options seem to be working fine.
I was advised to clear the cache/cookies etc, but still the same.

    ????????

Do you own this server, or are you only a hosting account owner for an account on the server?

If you have a hosting account you more then likely do not have root access to the server housing your account. If your host runs into any problems or can't seem to get the new FileManager working right please let them know that they should contact our technical staff for assistance. We're always happy to help :)

I narrow it down to IE8. Firefox work ok. What can't v3 and IE8 work???

Does 2mhost have a ticket in with us about this? If so, can you have them PM me their ticket number so I can follow up on this?

hey hey, I am a little late. guess I didnt sign up for email alerts. anyway, I cant submit a ticket without server information. I am an end user. I tried and it asked for some very specific information about the server that I dont have.

Im only back today because I have another issue that my host cant grasp.
