One of my biggest pet peeves is receiving e-mails that do not contain a subject line. In order to save my sanity, I would like to setup an autoresponder that hunts out these e-mails, and replies to the sender as follows:

I'm sorry, but I no longer receive e-mails that do not contain a subject line. Please resend your e-mail, but this time include a subject.
    Thank you.
The trick here, is I need to not only flag blank subjects, but also the Re: and Fw: .
What is the easiest way to accomplish this task? Would I setup a filter, then send it to an auto responder? Sending it back to the user as 'rejected' might be problematic because I don't think everyone reads the details of those messages.
    Thanks for the help.
