Filter Incoming Emails - can we filter by specific users in WHM ?

I love the "Filter Incoming Emails by Domain" feature - as we can eliminate known spammers from contacting all the users in our server.

However, we still have a problem with some spammers using @gmail or @hotmail addresses.

Just recently, I had one spammer who had somehow managed to work out many of the accounts on the server - and sent the same spammy SEO message to multiple accounts - the user's email was @gmail.com

Obviously I don't want to block the domain @gmail - but is there a way to block specific email addresses from within WHM ? I know I can do this on a per-account basis, but I want to do it on a global level.

Hey there! As you've found, you'd likely need to manually create a custom filter. I wouldn't recommend modifying that file directly, but instead use the details outlined here to make those changes in a way that won't be overwritten by cPanel or future updates:
