    Hi,

I'm using WHM 11.30.6 (build 4). I set up an account level email filter in cPanel on one of my accounts with several OR conditions, one of which is:

    Subject contains =?utf-8?b?

I then test it in cPanel using the following email headers:

    From: =?utf-8?b?5ZiJ6YeM5aSn6YCa6YKu5Lu2566h55CG5ZGY?= <admin@kerryeas.com>
    Sender: ironport@kerryeas.com
    To: xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx

    Subject: =?utf-8?b?5ZiJ6YeM5aSn6YCa54mp5rWB5pyJ6ZmQ5YWs5Y+45YaF6YOo5Z6D5Zy+6YKu?=
    =?utf-8?b?5Lu25o+Q56S66YCa55+l?=

But it always says: Filtering did not set up a significant delivery. Normal delivery will occur.

Why doesn't it match the content I provided in that filter statement? If I try to match on only "utf-8", it does produce a match hit.

Is it interpreting the ? chars as wildcards like a regex? Shouldn't it only treat them that way if I select "matches regex" for the filter comparison operator? Is there a way around this? I tried adding \ before the = and ? characters in hopes of escaping them, but still no match.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    -- Vinnie
